Our Mission

Dove Sports Group was built as a passion project rooted in faith, family, and the belief that athletes are more than their sport. Our mission is to walk alongside athletes on their journey of holistic development, cultivating their gifts, strengthening their character, and creating opportunities that extend beyond the field of play. As an athlete development firm, we exist to make an impact that lasts a lifetime. DSG is where management meets family, uniting professional guidance with genuine care to help athletes thrive in every chapter of life.

Meet The Team

Mikey Matthews

Wide receiver- UCLA

Mikey is filled with excitement entering his Junior season. His personality and experience have helped him quickly establish himself as a leader in a new-look UCLA offense as they try to make a statement in the Big 10.

Manny Green

Forward- university of Tennessee

After a decorated high school career at Cedar Grove in Atlanta, Manny is entering his Freshman year of college under Rick Barnes at the University of Tennessee. He looks forward to a new challenge and opportunity to grow as a player.

Cameron McGee

Defensive Line- Boston College

Coming out of Grayson High School in Georgia, Cam will be joining the Boston College Eagles lead by Head Coach Bill O'Brien. He's excited about the opportunity to make this jump from high school to college, with hopes to make an impact early for the Eagles.

Trust Downs Foundation

We are blessd to manage the Trust Downs Foundation, Caleb and Josh Down’s charity with an emphasis on supporting those experiencing homelessness. Helping these two outstanding young men make an impact on their communities has been a truly humbling and rewarding experience.
